How to get a Verified badge
Published services can request a paid editorial review. We check the representative’s connection to the service, the terms it offers and evidence of delivery to customers. If approved, the listing shows the date and findings.

What the badge meansHow ServiceBook works
ServiceBook is a directory of websites, software, bots and services. You can find a tool, suggest a listing, request advertising or order a manual activity review. These rules apply to the website and the customer Telegram bot.
Listings help you understand an offer, but purchases of goods, products or services are arranged with the seller directly. Terms, prices and availability on an external website may change, so check them before paying.
Free directory submissions
Submitting a service is free and requires no registration. Provide its real name, official HTTPS URL, type, a clear description and one to three relevant categories. An optional contact is for communication with the team and is not published.
Suggest a working service with a specific purpose. Describe paid features, limitations, registration requirements and other material terms accurately. Only submit materials you have the right to provide for publication.
Submitting does not make you the listing owner or grant permission to edit it yourself. A standard listing does not mean that the service has passed the paid Verified review.
- We do not accept fraudulent offers, fabricated evidence, impersonation of other services or knowingly false promises.
- We do not publish phishing, malware or schemes to steal accounts, passwords, money or personal data.
- We do not accept spam, duplicate listings for the same offer, other people’s private data or materials that infringe their rights.
Moderation and changes
The team checks the URL, content, category fit and compliance with the rules. It may refine the presentation and description, request information, approve the submission or explain a rejection. Timing depends on the completeness of the materials and the scope of review; submission does not promise immediate publication.
Save the private link after submitting. It provides the status and the team’s response. A rejected directory submission can be revised and resubmitted. An advertising request can be revised when changes have been requested and a placement has not yet been attached.
After publication, report changes to the URL, product, terms or availability through the feedback form. The team may hide a listing and reconsider its placement if a URL stops working, rules are violated or discrepancies are substantiated.
Advertising, pins and banners
Advertising is a separate paid placement. Category pins and homepage banners are available. Paid materials are marked “Ad”; a category supports up to four pins, and the homepage has two banner slots.
The price and currency, format, materials, slot and display period are agreed before launch. A requested date does not reserve a slot. Submission, payment confirmation or agreed terms alone do not activate an ad: an administrator separately checks and schedules the placement.
The advertised service and its materials must follow the directory rules. A pin requires a relevant category; a banner requires approved artwork and a working URL. Rescheduling, changes, stopping a placement and any possible refund are discussed for the specific order before the relevant action.
Buying advertising does not grant Verified and does not guarantee sales, a number of visits or service quality. The “Recommended” block denotes prominent placement, not a guarantee from ServiceBook.
Verified: reviewed by the ServiceBook team
The green Verified badge means that ServiceBook moderators manually reviewed the service’s activity and obtained sufficient evidence that it genuinely offers and provides a product, goods or service. The review date and a short summary appear on the listing.
Review is available for an already published listing. The applicant must be an owner or authorized representative who can establish their connection to the service and provide supporting materials. A moderator examines every review item, requests clarification where needed and records the outcome.
- The applicant’s connection to the service and authority to represent it.
- The existence of a specific product, goods or a service that is actually provided.
- A working product or evidence that goods are supplied or a service is delivered, through a demonstration and verifiable materials.
- Stated prices, delivery or access procedures, limitations and material terms.
- A working way to contact the seller or service provider.
- Consistency between the main claims, the description and available evidence.
We review the activity manually. The green badge appears only after a positive decision on every review item; payment alone cannot earn it.
Fees and paymentReview fees, payment and outcome
The manual review fee is stated in US dollars for one service. The current price is shown on this page and in the form; the administration may change it for new requests. The amount is fixed when you submit and is not affected by later price changes.
The fee covers the review work regardless of the outcome. Payment does not buy a badge: Verified is granted only after a successful manual review. If the service does not pass, the applicant receives a reason; a negative result does not itself cancel payment for work performed.
Payment arrangements are agreed before the review begins. Submitting the form does not charge you, and the Telegram bot does not accept payments. Review takes place after staff confirm payment. Payment status and the Verified decision are tracked separately.
An unpaid request can be cancelled through its private link or in the bot while it is new or awaiting your clarification. In other cases, cancellation and refund questions are reviewed by the team based on the specific request and work performed. An automatic refund is not promised.
The scope and validity of Verified
The review reflects information available on a specific date and applies to the stated URL and reviewed version of the listing. It helps inform your choice, but does not guarantee the absence of every kind of fraud, fulfillment of every future transaction or a refund from the seller.
Verified is not a malware scan, a source code audit or a guarantee that software is safe to install. Before buying or installing, assess the current terms, requested permissions and available payment protection.
If reviewed listing details or its URL change, or the service is hidden, the badge stops being displayed pending a new assessment. The team may revoke it after substantiated discrepancies and communicate the reason to the applicant. A badge is not a promise of permanent reliability.
The absence of Verified does not mean that a service is fraudulent. It may not have requested a review or may still be awaiting completion. Standard moderation, advertising and Verified are separate processes.
Private requests, Telegram and data
A private link provides access to a request and permitted revisions. Save it and do not publish it. Contact details and internal staff notes are not shown to directory visitors.
In Telegram, you can search for services, submit requests, read decisions and reply to the team. All administrative decisions are made on the website. An existing website request is connected to a chat only after confirmation in both the bot and on the request page.
Notifications are enabled separately in bot settings. You can turn them off and revoke a chat’s access to a request. Deleting the bot profile clears its profile details and drafts, revokes connections and disables notifications; requests, conversations and decision history remain as described in the data policy.
Do not send passwords, tokens, login codes, payment credentials or other people’s personal data. Use public links and materials without unnecessary personal information as evidence.
More about data retention and deletionReports, reconsideration and contact
If a service does not provide what it promises, a URL is broken or you find signs of deception, use Feedback at the bottom of the website. Include the listing, what happened and materials that allow the issue to be checked. A Verified listing also has a report button.
If you disagree with a decision on your request, provide its ID and new information. The team will review your explanation and supporting materials; a report does not automatically activate advertising, publish a listing or restore Verified.
The current rules are available on this page with an update date. The review price and accepted condition that the fee covers work regardless of outcome remain visible in the status of an already submitted request.
