A published service can undergo a separate paid manual review of its activity. The representative’s connection, real offering, and delivery of the product or service must be supported by evidence. The moderator decides based on that evidence; paying for a review does not guarantee a badge.
Yes. The fee covers the review work regardless of the outcome. The fee is fixed in the request, and payment arrangements are agreed before the review begins. A negative decision includes an explanation.
No. Free listing, advertising, and activity verification are separate options. The absence of Verified does not by itself mean a service is unsafe.
