Your data

What the directory stores and why.

In your browser

Your chosen language is stored in a cookie for one year. Your color theme, saved services, collections, and notes are stored locally in your browser. You can delete them through your browser settings; they do not sync between devices.

Submissions and feedback

Service submissions store the form fields, optional contact details and editorial decision. Only the directory team can see your contact details. A random browser identifier helps limit repeat submissions. Only approved listing content is public; submissions do not create an account or grant ownership. Legacy applications and their materials remain stored separately under their existing access restrictions.

The feedback form stores the topic, link, message, language, and optional contact details. The directory team can see them. A random browser identifier is used to limit how often messages can be sent. It is stored locally; the form does not ask for passwords or personal documents.

Advertising requests store the service, format, category, preferred dates, artwork, preferences, and contact details. Your private link gives access to the status, submitted details, editorial messages, terms, and placement dates. Contact details and internal notes are available only to the team. Submitting a request does not launch advertising or create a payment.

Manual activity reviews store the selected service, the representative’s name and contact details, the offering description, links and explanations, acceptance of terms, the quoted fee, payment status, and review findings. The name, contact details, internal notes, and staff evidence are accessible only to the team. Successful reviews publicly display Verified, the date, and a short summary. Request materials, messages, and status are accessible to anyone with the private link; updates are available when requested by the team. Drafts are stored for the current browser session, and recent private links are stored locally. Do not submit other people’s personal data, passwords, or payment details.

Private submission link

Submission status and revisions are accessible through a random private link. The server stores only a hash of its key; contact details and browser identifiers are not disclosed through the link. Recent links are saved in this browser. Save your link separately; anyone holding it can read the submission and revise it after rejection. Editors handle changes to published listings.

Telegram bot

In private chat, the bot stores your numeric Telegram ID, display name, optional username, language and preferences. Requests, drafts and conversations with the team are stored in ServiceBook. Drafts expire after 30 days. The bot does not create an administrator account or request your Telegram password.

A website request is connected only after confirmation in both the bot and on the website. Opening it from the bot creates a single-use link valid for 5 minutes and access to that request for 15 minutes. The permanent request key is never sent to Telegram. Disconnecting the chat revokes access and cancels unsent messages.

Notifications about decisions and advertising are enabled separately in bot settings. The deletion command clears your profile and drafts, revokes connections and disables notifications. Requests, conversations with the team, review results, decision history and the numeric ID used to track requests are retained; contact us through the feedback form to request their removal. Previously sent messages can also be deleted in Telegram.

Aggregate statistics

To count visits, your browser stores the time of your last activity. A new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Moving between pages and tabs does not start a separate visit. Neither the activity timestamp nor a visitor identifier is sent to the server.

The public visit counter shows all visits since counting began. Other counters show activity over 30 days. The directory team can also see service views, website clicks and category visits. Only the date, event type, service or category ID and action count are stored, without individual visitor histories.

We count visits to key pages, submission steps, and clicks through to services. Form contents and search queries are not sent to these counters. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected when collecting page views and service clicks. When you visit an external service, you use its website under its own data policies.

Questions about your data

Use the feedback form at the bottom of the site. If you want to change or delete data, specify which listing or submission your request concerns. Do not send secret keys, passwords, or documents.
