Find your request
Open the private link you saved after submitting. If you’re using the same browser, choose a request type below to see your saved requests.
Connect a request to Telegram
On the status page, choose Connect Telegram.
Open the bot, press Start and confirm the connection.
Return to the status page and confirm your profile.
Your request will appear in the chat. You can turn on reply notifications in the bot settings.
Contact the team
For help with a specific request, send a message from its status page. To report a problem with a service, use the report form and include supporting evidence.
